Position Summary: Appointment setters generate qualified appointments for the sales team. This is accomplished by meeting with prospective customers at their homes to introduce our product offerings and gather their information for the sales team to schedule product demonstrations. We offer homeowners superior products with low pricing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Door to door customer relationship building to promote roofing and window products.
You have complete freedom of when and where you’d like to work
Acquire customer contact information for product demonstration and generate additional leads by asking for referrals.
Experience and Minimum Qualifications:
Valid Drivers License
Ability to work outside in varying climates.
Previous canvassing or sales experience preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a “roll up your sleeves” and “win every day” mentality.
Hold oneself accountable and responsible while being self-driven in accomplishing goals.
Detail-oriented and can focus on task at hand by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels to communicate with internal and external stakeholders articulately.
Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.
Ability to provide timely and empathetic service through all communication channels keeping peer and customer needs first.
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
Compensation and Benefits:
Generous performance pay up to $250 per appointment. Average full time appointment setter makes between $50,000-$100,000 a year
