Role: AWS Data Architect with AWS Data pipeline / AWS Glue Location: Boise, Idaho Long Term Contract Job description:
- Able to lead a new client engagement and deal with various program management aspects such as Estimation, Planning, Resourcing, Lead a team (onshore and offshore), run weekly status with customer, manage escalation and client expectation
- Deep Understanding of Data Architecture on Cloud, design Native Cloud Application Architectures and optimize applications.
- Provide data solutions, logical and flow diagrams based on customer's needs
- Have a strong understanding of the AWS Cloud IaaS and PaaS services such as RDS, Redshift, EC2, S3, lambda, IAM, CodeDeploy, CFT, API Gateway, CloudFormation, EMR, ECS
- Must have strong understanding and hands-on of AWS-DMS (AWS Data Migration Services)
- Proficient in DW/BI skillset, ETL tools & process, Data extraction, Data formatting, Data flow validation
- Create architectural vision along with high-level and detailed architecture designs
- Develop proofs-of-concept and prototypes to help illustrate the technical approach
- Design AWS architecture for availability, scalability, reliability, performance, and interoperability
- Experience with infrastructure/application architecture, database architecture and networking
- Experience with configuring and aggregating logs for data analysis
- Provide advanced training for specific AWS services
- Communicate complex technical solutions and issues to non-technical
- Participate in all team planning, product demonstration and team retrospectives
- Strong understanding of US healthcare domain
- EKS, SNS, SQS, Beanstalk, ElastiCache, Kinesis, CloudFront, and other AWS services
- Strong knowledge of containerization strategies such as Docker or Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of the DevOps concepts for CI/CD, configuration management, orchestration, Apps Development, etc.
- Experience building and hosting Web applications AWS cloud
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud
- Understand of FACETS and its backend data model
