Description We are in search of a Cloud Security Manager to add to our team. This role is key to advancing our organization's cloud security measures. The position will be focused on fortifying security across AWS and GCP environments and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards like HITRUST, SOC2, and HIPAA. The role calls for a mix of hands-on expertise, leadership skills, and the capacity to overhaul processes and cultivate accountability within the team.Responsibilities: Take the lead on initiatives to improve architecture, fill existing gaps, and implement scalable cloud security strategies. Lead the preparation for upcoming audit cycles and regulatory engagements. Oversee the review and revamp of critical policies, including Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Request for Proposal (RFP), and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) processes. Ensure compliance with HITRUST, SOC2, HIPAA, PCI, and prepare for ISO 27001 and GDPR audits. Handle the management and optimization of tools such as CrowdStrike, TVM tools, Abnormal, and Slack. Spearhead vendor relationship management and revamp third-party risk management (TPRM) processes. Direct the completion and effective implementation of selected security tools. Oversee the overhaul of Threat and Vulnerability Management (TVM), Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), RFP, and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) programs. Collaborate with Development and Engineering teams for security process integration and improvement. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring strong security postures ahead of regulatory engagements.
