Job Title: Cost AccountantJob DescriptionWe are seeking a motivated Accountant professional to join our growing company in the Boise area as a Cost Accountant. The ideal candidate will have experience in cost accounting and the manufacturing industry, be proficient in Excel and ERP systems, and be looking for a long-term opportunity.Responsibilities
Perform cost accounting activities and financial analysis.
Analyze and report on cost data.
Support month-end financial reporting and forecasting.
Utilize Excel for data analysis, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and XLOOKUPS.
Work with ERP systems to manage financial data.
Essential Skills
2-5 years of experience in cost accounting or a related role.
1-2+ years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, and XLOOKUPS.
Experience with financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
Experience with month-end financial activities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in ERP software, Epicore is a plus.
Progressive experience in accounting.
Work EnvironmentThis position is fully on-site in Boise, ID. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8am to 5pm.
