DIRECTOR ORTHOPEDICS & PHYSIATRY

The starting rate for this position is $42.67. The rate of pay displayed reflects the beginning of the pay scale. At the time of an offer, the determination of your offer will reflect your skills and experience as it relates to the position. Summary The Director of Orthopedic & Physiatry will ensure optimal operational and financial performance while maintaining high levels of patient and employee satisfaction. This position will be responsible for strategic development, financial management, demand generation, quality, and operational efficiency for assigned specialty areas of Orthopedics and Physiatry. The position will apply business management and analytical expertise to advance the practice to achieve determined goals and outcomes. The position will report to the VP of Clinic Operations. Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare administration, business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Five + years of progressive management experience in a healthcare environment.
