Job Title: Environmental EngineerJob DescriptionWe are seeking an Environmental Engineer to join our team and work on challenging projects across multiple industries including mining and metals, aerospace, pulp and paper mill, food and beverage, and manufacturing. This role involves working in a supportive, multi-disciplined team environment on projects from the initial planning stages through design, construction, and startup operations.Responsibilities
Work on challenging projects in the mining and metals, aerospace, pulp and paper mill, food and beverage, and manufacturing industries.
Collaborate in a collegial and supportive team-based environment on projects from initial planning stages through design, construction, and startup operations.
Deliver industrial engineering design and construction services in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and California.
Perform industrial engineering design, chemical and process calculations, bench and pilot testing, and provide engineering services during construction of projects.
Oversee project development and management, including scope, schedule, fee preparation, negotiation, project staffing, and coordination of activities related to planning, design, and construction.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical, or related field.
5+ years of engineering experience in planning, design, construction, and commissioning.
Experience with industrial water, industrial wastewater, mechanical infrastructure, system controls, process automation, water/mass balances, or process design.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain EIT within one year of employment.
Professional Engineer license is preferred.
Experience with CAD drafting and design in similar applications (BlueBeam) is preferred.
