Handle incoming issues from a variety of communication channels including outreach to Corporate and Field Executives. Diffuse upset callers. Triage to accurately identify issue and appropriate resource to resolve. Route issues to proper contacts. Maintain appropriate record of client calls, tracking issues in detail. Monitor progress to resolution and communicate with appropriate stakeholders.Manage group projects of varying size, duration and scope. They may also be asked to represent their Management team in cross-functional meetings and on conference calls.Maintenance (of filing, resources, reports, etc.)Keeps up-to-date and proficient on ADP products and services via documentation, training and seminarsExtensive client-facing experience and knowledge of ADP services, products, and service models.
