We are currently looking for an experienced FACETS Project Manager to work on a long term, multi-year implementation. The work may be performed remote or onsite with a hybrid model in Boise, Idaho.

RESPONSIBILITIES Lead day-to-day activities for partner projects and partner initiatives. Provide input and support for the creation and management of implementations and/or ongoing operational effort. Collaborate with other program managers and project managers during implementations to create a single program plan across all workstreams. Lead client discussions and meetings during implementation and ongoing operational activities. Own the necessary delivery documents, including but not limited to project plans, issues and action logs, status reporting, and risk mitigation. Facilitate the identification of project impacts across all business areas. Establish and nurture strong client and business partner relationships Develop and maintain trusted, long-term client relationships

- Standard PM responsibilities (prefer PMP, Scrum/Agile would nice).- This is a complex program for multi-year implementation.

QUALIFICATIONS Mid-Sr level, to lead a workstream (6-10 years’ overall experience). 6+ years of Facets healthcare project management and/or consulting experience. Candidates should have a general understanding of healthcare payor workflows including claims processing, benefits configuration, member enrollment, correspondence, medical management, and provider contracting. Previous health care experience, preferably in one of more of the following areas: Benefits, Membership, Provider systems, health plans, payer contracting. Expert knowledge of MS Office products Advanced knowledge of MS Project and Visio Ability to understand and identify delivery risks and develop mitigation strategies Ability to perform multiple tasks and prioritize simultaneously bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
