General Maintenance Person

Job is contractor work, not as an employee, meaning there is no set schedule. Salary is negotiable based on the type of work performed. You are a contractor, acting as your own business. Apartment Maintenance Person for a small 10-unit apartment complex in Lewiston. Must have general maintenance capabilities. Mostly minor maintenance, not full-time, a good sideline job, or supplemental income for retired/semi-retired persons. This work should NOT be considered a primary source of income. Days and hours are flexible.
