Hiring Fence Installers

Element Fencing is looking for a hardworking, dependable, and trustworthy person to join our crew. Construction and/or fencing experience is a plus. Plenty of room for growth within the company and pay raises. We install fences throughout the Treasure Valley. Mostly custom cedar, wrought iron, and vinyl fences.

We are a family owned fencing company and we treat our employees like family.

40 hrs a week with plenty of opportunities for overtime if requested.

Typical start time 8 AM - End time 5 PM
