Job Summary The IMG Clinical Educator supports the development of knowledge and strengthens practice among the Integrated Medical Group’s clinical team members through consultation and formal education programs. Responsibilities include support for MA certification completion, as well as coordination with external partners to promote quality patient care and develop basic skills that promote excellent patient experiences. The ideal candidate should demonstrate knowledge of medical documentation, teaching skills, teamwork, and effective communication. The IMG Clinical Educator will work with providers, RNs, and MAs as well as specialty technicians. Serves as a clinical team member for our Medical Practices by primarily assisting Providers and acting as a backup for clinical or clerical needs. Clinical care provided to patients is within the scope of practice of their role and as directed by the provider. Job Requirements

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Graduation from an accredited Nursing or Medical Assistant program (associate’s degree preferred).

State of Maine RN license or certification as a Medical Assistant.

Maine driver’s license.

Basic Life Support certification is required.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Demonstrated expertise in the subject matter.
