Journeyman Truck/Trailer Mechanic

Are you tired of being in a service truck exposed to the weather? We are a tractor/trailer repair and alignment shop located in Auburn, WA. We are seeking self-motivated technicians/mechanics and fabricators on a 4/10 schedule.

The Job

Repairs include suspension, electrical, all brake systems, drive train, fabrication, and general/preventative maintenance.

Alignments (training available)

Schedule: 5-8's, 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Benefits/Compensation

Wages DOE with an bonus program that starts after 90 days earning you up to an additional 3 dollars per hour, based on productivity (not commission). Sign on bonus for completing the 30/60/90-day probationary periods.

Holiday pay after 90 days

Employee Health after 30 days, Vision, Dental and Life ($100,000) after 90 days.

Vacation: 1 week after the first year, 2 weeks after 3 years, and 3 weeks after 5 years. Sick leave after 30 days.

Requirements

Self-motivated

Maintain complete and accurate paperwork

Function as a team player

Perform work and operate vehicles in a safe manor

Perform complete safety checks of all assigned vehicles

Supply his/her own tools

Valid state driver's license

CDL (not required but preferred)
