Chicago-based carrier is hiring experienced CDL A Reefer OTR Company Drivers!

PAY:

$0.65 CPM starting pay

$0.68 CPM after 3 months

$0.70 CPM after 6 months

$35 per additional stop

$35/hr detention (after 3 hrs, max 4 hrs → then automatic layover)

$150 layover pay

BONUSES & REIMBURSEMENTS:

$75 bonus for clean DOT Level 1 Inspection.

$50 bonus for clean DOT Level 2 Inspection.

$1,500 refundable deposit (taken out at $100/week, reimbursed within 30 days of termination if all company property returned).

Pre-employment drug test paid by driver, reimbursed on 1st paycheck.

Up to 50% of travel costs reimbursed (max $300) for new drivers.

Hotel reimbursement up to $75 in case of breakdown (transportation not covered).

ALL out-of-pocket expenses must be pre-approved to qualify for reimbursement.

Well-maintained, top-tier specs

QUALIFICATIONS:

Valid CDL Class A

2+ years OTR experience

No more than 2 moving violations within 3 years

Ability to stay out 2–4 weeks
