New home plumbing quality control supervisor

QUALITY CONTROL POSITION – RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform quality control (QC) checks to maintain standards and ensure compliance with

regulations.

- Conduct pre-inspections on plumbing jobs to identify potential issues before full

implementation.

- Respond to emergencies on job sites, coordinating rapid resolutions to minimize disruptions.

- Develop and deliver training programs for plumbing teams to improve skills and safety

awareness.

- Execute pulling tests on job sites and leave documentation or results as required for

verification.

- Resolve complicated issues on job sites, providing technical expertise and leadership.

- Occasionally join crews for hands-on work, depending on scheduling needs and operational

demands.

- Pick up and return extra material.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Extensive experience in plumbing operations and field management.

- Strong problem-solving abilities, especially for complex technical issues.

- Ability to train others and handle emergencies effectively.

- must hold Idaho journeyman plumbing license
