Position Summary 
The Breakfast Cook helps with station assignments, maintains place, and prepares hot and cold foods for breakfast according to Food & Beverage department specifications. This position reports to the Hotel Manager.Job Posting Deadline

   Cooks breakfast foods including eggs and breakfast meats
   Set up station and mise en place to Chefs specifications
   May be involved in sauté, grill, and roasting stations
   Help organize kitchen items including, dry goods, kitchen equipment, storage containers, cleaning supplies, and food deliveries
   Set up, work, and breakdown station 
   Maintain station cleanliness throughout shift 
   Submit production needs for following day by shift end
   Other duties as assigned
