What You’ll Be Doing
Executive Email & Inbox Wizardry
Manage a bustling email inbox, sort important messages, and draft concise replies.
Keep digital communications neat and easily accessible.
Hands-On Household Helper
Perform light household tasks, such as picking up groceries, restocking basic supplies, or dropping off items at the post office or cleaners.
Tidy up home office areas or other small organizational tasks to keep everything in tip-top shape.
Bill & Subscription Monitoring
Track monthly bills (utilities, memberships) and send reminders to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Keep digital records of receipts, renewals, and service confirmations.
Online Research & Purchases
Find and order the best household items, gift ideas, or personal products the executive needs.
Coordinate deliveries, handle returns, or resolve any shopping issues—if you notice a snag, you fix it!
Random Acts of Organizational Brilliance
Manage miscellaneous tasks like updating a to-do list, labeling storage boxes, or scheduling your on-site visits when necessary.

Discreet & Reliable: You can handle sensitive info—both personal and professional—with total confidentiality.
Well-Equipped: You have your own computer, smartphone, a stable internet connection, and (ideally) a reliable way to get around town.

Engagement Details
Independent Contractor (1099): You’ll manage your own taxes, insurance, and regulatory obligations.
As-Needed Projects: No guaranteed hours—just flexible tasks, both remote and on-site, when needs arise.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate or per-project fee, based on complexity and experience.
No Traditional Benefits: This relationship is about mutual flexibility, not employee-style perks.
