CRI is looking for a Scrum Master to guide multiple Scrum teams on a long-term engagement. Local Boise candidates preferred, hybrid remote or work from home available.Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate multiple teams as Scrum Master concurrently
  • Coordinate, facilitate, and oversee enterprise planning activities and manage effective cross-team management of program / value-stream objectives
  • Lead the team through the full Scrum lifecycle, including backlog creation, user stories, and facilitate daily scrums, sprint reviews, demos, sprint planning, and retrospectives
  • Remove impediments or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove blocks
  • Teach and guide a Scrum team on how to best use Agile/Scrum practices and values to deliver high-quality software
  • Experience with enterprise Agile transformation, scaling frameworks, coaching business, and technical teams on process
  • Knowledge and use of widely successful Agile techniques: DevOps, XP, TDD, BDD, automated testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery
Required Experience:
  • Mid-Sr level – would expect at least 5+ years DIRECT experience as Scrum Master
  • Insurance benefit product or payer industry experience
  • Experience working with at least 3 teams in Agile practices under a traditional project framework
  • Complex project / program experience is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
  • Agile certifications in one or more of the following – CSM, PSM, CSPO, etc.
