Seeking single / couple retired or student 4 repairs and maintenance

looking for help with maintenance / repairs / grounds keeping .

Would prefer someone with construction background, there are 4 buildings on the property needing some repairs and the grounds need constant work so use of a chainsaw would be required

2 acres on the north fork of the Salmon River.

Job will be May through October
