SKID STEER OPERATOR (Backfill Crew for Residential Excavation)

Hiring for a skid steer operator on a backfill crew doing high production, new construction residential excavation work around the Treasure Valley area

REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS:

Prior experience backfilling houses and gravel prepping for flatwork (driveway, porches, sidewalks, etc.)

Hold a valid driver's license

Be able to show up to work on time

Be able to work in a high paced environment around/near heavy equipment and dump trucks

Have a good and positive attitude with others on our team

Be respectful and responsive to job instructions

BENEFITS:

Health/Vision/Dental after 60 days of employment (50% premium match for employees + family)

PAY:

Hourly pay rate is DOE (call to discuss)

Biweekly pay schedule

Holiday pay after 60 days of employment
