Store Manager (Boise)

We are seeking a Store Manager for our soon to open Boise, ID branch. For this role, we need a dynamic, organized individual with strong leadership and managerial experience who is compassionate about helping those in need. This is an exciting CAREER opportunity with long-term potential growth in a brand new market for BHC. Our goal is to have 2-3 branches in the greater Treasure Valley region over the next few years, so this role provides a unique opportunity to help establish BHC in a new territory and watch it grow!

Essential Functions:

-Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows

-Lead, develop, and mentor team members to achieve performance goals and uphold company standards

-Drive community outreach initiatives to expand brand awareness and foster relationships

-Uphold Bellevue Healthcare's mission to improve the quality of life for those in need by delivering excellent products and unmatched service

-Collaborate with the Executive team to establish the branch in the new market and achieve customer satisfaction goals

-Meet sales and profitability targets while fostering a positive and productive work environment

To be SUCCESSFUL in this role you must have:

-Minimum 2-3 years Management or Leadership experience or equivalent work experience in customer service or medical fields

-Working knowledge of DME/HME, Respiratory and Complex Rehab or similar experience in related customer service or medical fields

-ATP certification or extensive CRT knowledge a plus

-RT experience or extensive Respiratory knowledge a plus

-Bachelor's Degree, Preferred or strong employment history in a related field

-Demonstrated leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and team development abilities

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities

-Strong planning and organization skills

-Proven customer relationship management skills, with the ability to handle complex or challenging customer or referral situations effectively

-Ability to be on call as needed
