Technical Records Specialist 2 (TRS2)
- Provides first-level support to internal and external customers involved
- Provide technical assistance to organization staff on Immunization Reminder Information System (IRIS), and other related issues.
- Communicates known solutions to end-users by referencing existing process and policy documentation and escalates new issues and clarification or solutions to subject matter experts.
- Excellent customer services skills and experience.
- Experience analyzing information and researching a variety of sources to identify and resolve problems or issues.
- Experience entering and retrieving data using a computerized record system.
