This position will be remote within the United States. (WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, UT, CO)Position OverviewThe territory includes growth markets in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, and Colorado. The home base for the candidate is flexible within the region, with a requirement to live near a major airport. Travel expectation is 50%+. The Territory Manager will report to the Senior National Sales Manager without direct reports.You will represent one of the leading brands in Building Automation and join a highly motivated and successful team.You will make an impact by:

Independently managing territory to achieve profitable growth and volume requirements.

Presenting, promoting, and selling Automation solutions to existing and prospective partners.

Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships.

Developing partnerships with existing customers to increase their share of wallet while prospecting new value-added partners (VAPs) to increase market share.

Onboarding of new strategic business partners that you have created.

Proactively responding to customer needs and business priorities utilizing Siemens resources and operating in a time-efficient and organized manner.

Defining strategies and business plans to increase market growth across the account base and to meet or exceed corporate sales targets.

Monitor sales activity and conduct regular reviews with partners.

Become a trusted advisor and solution provider to our partners by demonstrating industry knowledge and automation portfolio.

Performing to plan. Set weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals for overall sales, sales calls, product mix/segmentation, new prospects, training, and other sales metrics.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications :

Bachelor's degree.

Minimum 5+ years of direct outside sales experience.

Ability to travel 50% of the time.

Individuals must possess a valid Driver's license in good standing.

Individuals must be at least 21 to participate in the required Siemens vehicle plan.

HVAC Products Experience

Excellent relationship-building skills.

Account Management and Business Development experience.
