YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:- Accurately and timely processing of vendor invoices for expense purchases.
- Timely resolution of vendor issues.
- Maintaining proper internal controls.
- Processing vendor invoices for payment within vendor terms.
- Resolving vendor issues/discrepancies.
- Answering vendor phone calls and respond to information requests timely.
- Assisting with 3rd party and internal audits.
- Working on special assignments as assigned.
THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum1 to 2 years of Accounts Payable experience required.
- PC skills - Word and Excel experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- SAP knowledge a plus.
WORKING CONDITIONS- Normal office demands.
- Minimal to no travel.
- Occasional overtime on evenings and/or Saturday's required.
