Description Responsibilities Efficiently and accurately apply cash receipts to customer accounts using the Yardi system. Collaborate with other departments to reconcile discrepancies and address payment-related issues. Keep accounts receivable records organized and up-to-date. Generate and analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and take necessary actions. Enter checks into customer accounts and make necessary adjustments. Engage with tenants for any changes or updates in their addresses. Work closely with the billing and property management teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing. Verify billing details and address any discrepancies to facilitate prompt payment. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries related to accounts receivable. Generate regular financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review and contribute to the development of financial analysis reports to support decision-making.Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management Experience with Yardi property management software Ability to handle high-volume invoicing tasks Knowledge of billing procedures and best practices Familiarity with aging reports and their analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Understanding of general accounting principles Experience in the real estate and property industry is preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desirable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
