ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Must have a working knowledge of Quickbooks or similar Accounting Software
Must be Detail Oriented, Organized and a Problem Solver
Must have a good demeanor and be able to work with a variety of personalities (customers, vendors and employees).
Tasks include:
Answering Phones
Working with walk-in customers
Ringing up customers with our POS
Processing Online Orders & Phone Orders
Create Estimates for Field Services & Retail Sales
Follow-up with vendors and customers on orders
Creating Work Orders
Customer contact to review scheduling
Assisting with Project Scheduling
Stocking Sales Floor Shelves
Light Cleaning & Organizing
Assisting with Employee Scheduling
Filing Paperwork
CRM Database Entry
Bookkeeping Assistance (Mostly Data Entry)
Paying $18.00 - $21.00 per hour to START.
