What You’ll DoThe Adoption & Training Consultant is an integral part of our team here at Burwood Group, tasked with developing and delivering dynamic and informative training for our clients.   As a member of the Adoption & Training practice, you’ll be responsible for: Conducting assessments to determine training needs.  Strategic design of comprehensive training solutions to meet client’s needs. Aligning technologies and processes/workflows. Designing and developing training content for Burwood’s clients.  Delivering training, in-person and remote  Working with our technical SMEs to develop user focused Job Aids and Quick Reference Cards Executing end user communications plans / messaging
