Advanced Process EngineerAs an Advanced Process Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and optimizing process engineering within our UOP business unit. You will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced process control software and outcome-based solutions, ensuring operational excellence and driving continuous improvement. Your expertise in process engineering will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving product quality. You will report directly to our UOP Process Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Rosemont, IL location on a hybrid work schedule.In this role, you will have a significant impact on our UOP business unit by leveraging your advanced process engineering skills. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced process control software and outcome-based solutions, driving operational excellence and optimizing manufacturing processes. Your contributions will directly contribute to the success and growth of our UOP business unit.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Senior Level Engineering position providing guidance and information to less experienced engineers.

Play a supportive role in technology resolution with the Process specialist.

Drive maintenance, development, and improvement of infrastructure and tools.

Process simulation and design of units using simulation tools.

Perform and review engineering calculations.

Design, sizing, specification, and selection of plant equipment.

Preparation and review of technical reports, review of technical proposals.

Participate in hazards analysis studies as needed.

The annual base salary or/ hourly pay range for this position is $111,300 -$139,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. 5+ years process or process design engineering experience in the Oil and Gas Industry or a related field

Extensive process simulation experience using Unisim, Aspen, or similar software.

Experience developing Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Heat and Material Balances (HMBs), and Process and Instrument Diagrams (P&IDs

Bachelor's Degree in a technical discipline such as engineering or related field
