The Analyst, Paid Social is the day-to-day steward of campaign development, activation and innovation. This person will work closely with the media strategy and client teams to translate high-level marketing goals and media objectives into impactful paid media campaigns on social networks.This position is both strategic and tactical in scope and requires the ability to apply detailed paid social knowledge to provide actionable insights and recommendations across key stakeholders.Role Objectives:Help drive day-to-day innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives and lead tactical execution and optimization of social campaignsAssist with optimizing, implementing, and analyzing paid social marketing activitiesSupport execution of customer, media, brand, and market research that produce unique insights and opportunitiesPartner with the Paid Social Manager in driving strategic social expertise within the teamReport on key metrics for campaign effectiveness and develop key findings for optimizationFacilitate the sharing of data and insights among relevant internal parties to inform future strategiesFoster strong relationships with internal teams and client groups
