This includes driving timely outcomes and client value through the data and analytics which drive the overall customer experience and elevate NIQs performance. This role has in-depth knowledge of the customer’s business and industry that enables you to identify new opportunities for NIQ to drive value. Works successfully across a matrixed organization structure, fully leveraging the service model.ResponsibilitiesPartner with customers to set objectives that drive business impact and maximum client value, building and maintaining strong relationships and deep expertise with adaptability, urgency, and positivityUnderstand and leverage NielsenIQ solutions and apply industry knowledge to conduct advanced issue-based analyses with clear proactive insights and action-oriented recommendationsDrive strategic thought leadership with customers leveraging NielsenIQ tools and assetsIdentify opportunities for increased partnership and elevate those opportunities to organizational partnersFacilitate clear day-to-day communications with customers, proving the value of NIQ solutions supporting growth, adoption, and value creationEnsure on-time delivery of solutions to achieve forecasted revenue on-timeIdentify potential revenue opportunities with customers and handoff to Account Developers to enable them to achieve sales goalsWork collaboratively with internal partners to ensure work is connected to customer business objectives, delivered on-time, and focused on outcomeLead client presentations with proactive insights and action-oriented recommendationsEnsure client stakeholders buy into outcomes and value NielsenIQ is delivering to themPartner with Client Delivery teams to ensure timely delivery of monthly data and reportingUnderstand client structure and organizationDetermine ROI of NielsenIQ recommendations and solutions Develop a consultative approach to client business issues, understanding the industry and what issues a client is facingQualificationsYou are flexible and easily adapt in a dynamic work environment. You work collaboratively, part of a remote team within a dynamic and challenging environment while maintaining high standards.1+ years of experience in the FMCG, CPG and Retail industries preferred  Prior experience with NIQ data (Retail Measurement, Panel), apps and platforms (Connect, AOD, CASE) Strong analytical aptitude and proficiency in presenting analysis and insights  Background in maintaining strong client relationships  Polished, persuasive communication and presentation skills  Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, expertise with BI a plus (PowerBI, Tableau)  Bachelors Degree Required Our BenefitsFlexible working environmentHealth insuranceParental leaveLife assurance
