Require experienced IT Services Professional with a strong focus on customer service. As a Senior Delivery personnel, this individual will play a key role in support and delivery of IT services, serve as a bridge between the business and application end users. The following detailed responsibilities to be performed by the service delivery manager on a day-to-day operation.
  • Scope:
Act as a deputy system owner being responsible for day-day management of system operations; oversee and provide direction for support servicesWill be the point-of-contact for business (managing demands for enhancements, escalations)Responsible for keeping systems aligned with standards and maintain validated status by means of ensuring that relevant processes are followed, also by strategic service providersWith the experience in the Systems used in medical and development with a strong focus on clinical operationsSystems used in medical and development with a strong focus on clinical operations
  • Responsibilities

  • Experience
2-5 year hands-on experience in system/application management (change- and release management)experience with working in regulated environment (GXP), preferably in pharmaceutical industrypreferred experience with systems supporting clinical operations (CTMS, planning system, EDC, Quality Control/Assurance)
  • Skills
strong communication skills both up to business and IT management, as well as to service providers and vendorspro-active personality, be able to lead without authorityanalytical skills; able to troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance for resolutionattention to detail and quality (documentation)time management skills - ability to prioritize and keep oversight
  • Dependencies: will work with other vendors
