Application Monitoring Engineer REMOTE Business Need: Tools Advocate Top Skills: - Familiarity of the following monitoring tools:
o Dynatrace AppMon and Managed o ITCAM o Synthetic Monitoring o Logging (Syslog, Humio, Log Insight) o RRT, ISM and AMC agents - This position will be focused on managing the user requests submitted by our customers
- Primary responsibility will be managing and triaging the requests > ensuring the requests are complete, routed to the right group, etc
- Will also be involved with metrics & reporting and continual service/process improvements
Additional responsibilities include: - Familiar with the following:
o Database Platforms o Windows OS o Linux OS o GIT or equivalent SCM tools - Work with the end users coordinating:
o Training o Tool Configuration o Provide daily operational support o Coordinate/Ensure monitoring tools availability o Issue resolutions o Support application teams o Promote the monitoring tools throughout the enterprise
