Job SummaryUnder the direction of the Director of Application Development & Management, performs a full range of application management and support activities independently or as a member of a team. Provides hands-on Tier II or Level 2 application user support for enterprise software systems. Works with cross-functional teams to test and implement software application fixes, upgrades and patches in the proper technology environments and must be available to work on-call 24/7 including weekends and holidays as assigned. Employs industry-standard processes in the administration of enterprise applications which includes the configuration, testing and implementation of software applications to meet business requirements. Effectively communicates with management, technical leads, end users, business analysts and project managers as it relates to area of assignment. Performs other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER CHARACTERISTICSKnowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) and the ability to write SQL queries. Skill configuring and performing administrator services for software systems. Ability to follow Software Development Methodologies. Ability to multi-task, manage daily operational tasks and project related tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Access. Ability to address and resolve moderately complex to difficult work problems. Ability to rapidly master new software and operate in different platforms as required. Ability to establish effective working relationships with users, department personnel and management. Ability to plan, prioritize and organize tasks based on assigned responsibilities. Strong analytical skills coupled with strong written/verbal oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate technology concepts/detail-specific logistics to non-technical audiences.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree

    is required.
  • Two (2) years of full-time work experience in the administration and support of Enterprise Applications, such as Time and Attendance, Cashiering/Point of Sale (POS), or Document Management

    is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Management Information Systems (MIS) or Business Information Systems.
  • Experience administering and supporting Time and Attendance applications.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports.
  • Experience administering and supporting Hyland OnBase or Enterprise Content Management (ECM) applications.
  • Experience administering and supporting Cashiering applications.
