Aerotek is hiring for Assemblers!We have 10+ Assembly roles in Pecatonica and the surrounding areas.This role involves repetitive work and building units of different sizes. Tasks include using hand and power tools, strapping units, bending wire ties, adding felt and shield to units, and cut felt to length. Your role will also involve learning to lay out work, set up machines, and efficiently utilize resources to minimize scrap and labor costs while adhering to safety and ISO guidelines.Hard Skills

Assembly

Use of hand & power tools (sockets, drills, tape measure)

Operate power tools and equipment (bandsaw, tack welder, manual hand brake, drill, grinder)

Blueprint reading and interpretation
