Job Description

Core duties and responsibilities include the following:

Will support with educating the ABA staff to practice effective, professional, and ethical behavioral analysis in adherence to the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

Will support in monitoring the ABA team’s compliance with BACB’s regulations for supervision.

Will support the Manager - ABA Development with other training and development related duties.

Will support the Manager - ABA Development with all processes and documentation of Registered Behavior Technicians by following the BACB guidelines:

o Coordination of schedule for RBT classes.

o Organization of RBT Materials in the Shared Drive, binders, and homework.

o Support with competency assessments at the end of RBT course.

o Support with competency assessments for the yearly renewal.

o Assist with tracking the status of RBT completion for all therapists.

Will assist with developing schedule for onboarding training for new staff.

Supervisory Resp

onsibilities

Caseload size may be reduced based on the needs of the specific center. Supervision including treatment planning, overlaps, assessments, and/or consultations, and coaching per week.

Responsible for maintaining timely professional documentation of clinical notes for supervision provided.

Provide assigned targeted caseload hours per week of assessment, therapy sessions, supervision, parent training, and treatment planning.

Ensure completion and quality of documentation for all pre-authorizations, initial assessments, ongoing assessments, and insurance reports.

Supervise center ABA Therapy Team in collaboration with Manager - ABA Development and Sr. Manager

- ABA Development.

Assists with interviewing new staff.

Consistent maintenance of licenser, certification, and credentialing; responsible for ensuring provider information on CAQH Universal Provider Data source is up-to-date and in support of regulatory requirements to prevent lapse of qualified service delivery.

Uphold and maintain BYS core principles, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • Include demonstrated competencies and physical, mental, & interpersonal skills.

    · Master’s Degree required in relevant field from an accredited University.

    · Must be a BACB certified Board Certified Behavioral Analysis.

    Completion of 8-hour online, competency-based training module on BACB experience standards and completion of Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training.

    · Minimum of one (1) year experience conducting ABA Therapy working with children with autism.

    · CPR/First Aid Certified preferred or will train on site.

    · Completion of documentation for all pre-authorizations, initial evaluations, assessments, insurance reports and progress reports.

    · Must possess strong communications and analytical problem-solving skills.

    · Ability to work effectively and efficiently with changing priorities and deadlines, from remote location(s).

    · Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, execute on deadlines and produce high quality deliverables with attention to details.

    · Transportation and the ability to travel is required (valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance).

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
