Formulate and apply mathematical modeling and other optimizing methods to develop and interpret information that assists management with decision making, policy formulation, or other managerial functions. Develop measurement plan/KPIs and model performance benchmark/forecasts by building advanced statistical forecasting models. Lead the team to develop, maintain and evolve a robust data infrastructure/taxonomy to enable automation. Guide the team to build robust reporting automation solution by using SQL and Tableau. Contribute toward budget and tactical planning process with measurement and optimization recommendation by using Marketing Mix Modeling. Lead analytics internal and client meetings/communication on a day-to-day basis. Identify effective tactical strategies/channel attributions and provide ongoing measurement and recommendations to the media team through the campaign flight by levering Multi-touch attribution model. Strategically prioritize day-to-day tasks to ensure successful delivery of client projects and internal assignments. Develop market tiering strategy by conducting cluster and principle component analysis in Python. Elevate the team’s knowledge and understanding of Web Analytics/Adobe Analytics to enable a stronger capability in addressing client’s business and marketing objective.
