With RV sales and service locations in 42 states, Camping World has grown to become the prime destination for everything RV.Camping World & Good Sam is seeking an Assistant Treasurer responsible for managing a team, establishing and improving relationships. Designs and implements best practices in treasury processes to support the growth of the company. Key member of the Finance team and is responsible for identification and implementation of treasury function program and system enhancements. This position reports to Chief Accounting Officer.Primary Functions and Essential ResponsibilitiesPlan and direct strategic activities including prioritizing and selecting appropriate projects with overall responsibility for meeting business objectivesAnalyze variances in treasury budgetMonitor and establish company-wide treasury policies/internal controlsDrive/support the initiatives to optimize banking infrastructure and cash management processesCollaborate with IT in establishing and maintaining treasury technology solutions including required interfaces, to support cash management and merchant service activitiesManage all domestic banking and merchant service relationshipsPrepare and present relevant reports to executive team membersDevelop a structure to work with business partners, shared services providers and FP&A to optimize working capitalDevelop performance monitoring of service providers including merchant service, treasury, and lending providersManage cash management functions including cash flow forecasting and analysis, daily cash report, daily borrowings and repaymentsUnderstand and research variances from cash flow forecastsMonitor quarterly and annual compliance with loan agreementsLead in identifying financial risk, developing complex mitigation strategiesLead the planning and execution of investment and borrowing strategiesOversee corporate debt facilities and ensure adherence to established treasury rulesMaintain and monitor disbursement authorization and disbursement accounting proceduresRequirements/QualificationsEducation and Experience : Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, management or finance required, MBA or advanced degree in business, finance or management preferred with a minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and global treasury operations with a track record of increased responsibilitiesSkills And CompetenciesStrong knowledge of financial instruments, credit facilities and treasury best practicesKnowledge of general treasury, forecasting, budgeting, and related accountingStrong financial modelingProficient in MS Office Suite including advanced Excel and PowerPointStrong analytical skills and attention to detailStrong problem-solving and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to lead collaborativelyProject management skillsFull-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401k and more!
