Our team is looking for another member in maintenance. Is that you? It is if you:

are able to perform household repairs - change light bulbs, put in new fixtures,

fix leaking pipes, appliance knowledge, drywall repair, painting,

have basic HVAC knowledge

flexible concerning daily tasks

have strong communication skills

have a good driving record

minor vehicle maintenance knowledge

assist in daily driving duties (loading and unloading lift vans)

lift 50 pounds

ability to bend, squat, stoop, stand, and sit repeatedly
