The Cloud engineers will work with the solution and security architects, as well as the capability lead, to solve business problems using AWS services and deliver the CFT (Cloud Formation Templates) plus necessary serverless functions to automate their creation. These engineers should be AWS certified and possess the necessary experience to make informed programmatic decisions in the AWS cloud. class="" class="" class="" Key activities this role will perform with application/capability teams: class="" Develop and release hardened pattern capabilities into BCM accounts using hardened services that enable BCM product application team to self-service on product solution class="" Develop reference implementation class="" Document runbook guide for reference implementation and hardened services class="" Create and maintain CI/CD pipeline for platform service release class="" Develop reference implementation class="" Support BCM on reference implementation adoption class="" Support BCM on hardened service usages class="" Develop platform risk mitigation controls class="" Platform engineering knowledge transfer to BCBSA internal teams class="" class="" Mandatory & Desired Skills class="" 10+ years overall experience with atleast 4+ years in AWS and minimum of 2+ years in Devops on AWS class="" Strong understanding of AWS foundation - VPC, Compute, Storage, Network & Security class="" Ability to provision infrastructure using Cloud Formation or Terraform class="" 2+ years of working knowledge on Chef or Puppet, Ansible, Jenkins class="" Understanding of GIT, CI/CD pipeline is added plus class="" Hands on knowledge of Python or PowerShell or Node.JS class="" Strong Administration skills in Linux and/or Windows class="" Executing and troubleshooting application deployment procedures class="" Development of and continual improvement of automation and procedures class="" Analyzing and supporting infrastructure in AWS class="" Monitoring system performance and recommend corrective action. class="" Documenting current environment and ongoing maintenance of documentation class="" Collaborate with product owners, developers, and support staff to ensure continuous and reliable delivery of service Thanks & Regards, Rashmi PradhanEmail:rpradhan(AT)softpathtech.comPh: 732.430.0545
