Position: BA Tester(Validation Testing experience must) Location: Waukegan, IL Duration: 6 Months Interview: Phone+ Webex Job Summary:
- Be able to lead and control a meeting. Intuitively know when to intervene to stop a conversation gone sideways or off-topic and know when it's important to let a conversation run its course.
- Excellent "dot" connector Ability to see commonalities between numerous and disparate US and OUS business processes the intersections, commonalities, areas requiring reconciliation and those that just need to be let go.
- Knows the difference between business process and system process and which one drives which Yet have enough system experience, assisted through communications with the technical team, to know when system capabilities can help a business process get better defined And know when a business process is too fluid to be helped by a system at all.
- Traverse the line between business needs and technical "know-how", to diplomatically ask pointed questions and be able to say "no can do".
- Can operate from deeply "weeds at bottom of the pond" tactical, to LRP strategic.
