The ideal candidate for this position will have at least two years of previous line or relevant cooking experience. Candidates should be able to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills including preparation of soups, sauces, stocks, frying, broiling. Professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures is also a plus.
