Bar Roma - Front House Manager

Who we are:

Bar Roma is located in the heart of Andersonville, we serve Roman Italian cuisine specializing in meatballs, housemade pastas and woodfired dishes. Our bar program focuses on Italian craft cocktails and wine. We are open Mon-Sun dinner service. We are independently owned and looking for someone to join our small team.

What we are looking for:

3 years management experience in full service restaurant and 5 years in total front of house experience. Must be a team player, not afraid to jump in and lead the team with an innate knack for knowing where to give support throughout the shift. Responsibilities would include scheduling foh, leading daily preshift, processing server and bartender checkouts, closing down the restaurant 5 nights per week, POS admin, daily tipping report, menu admin. This position will work closely with chef and bar manager as well as ownership. Must be able to professionally and confidently communicate - both verbally and on paper. Above all we are looking for a positive force that enjoys working with the team, problem solving, and helping elevate the guest experience in a genuine manner.
