Job Description
- Responsible for confirming accurate details included on expense reimbursement forms (in accordance with master mileage list coordinating with Operations Dept.)
- Assign R/BTs to appropriate BCBA pairing, notify BCBAs of additions and changes and update pairing as needed.
- Support Manager – ABA Delivery in monitoring the efficient completion of schedule at least two weeks in advance.
- Monitor efficiently the weekly completion of BCBA’s Central Reach schedule.
- Prepare material for weekly BCBA meetings.
- Follow up with BCBAs after BCBA meetings.
- Assist with initial consultations and process potential client interested in receiving therapy services.
- Work in conjunction with Behavior Technician, Speech Language Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, and Operations team to ensure collaboration between disciplines.\
- Prepare materials and follow up after codiscipline meetings.
- Support Manager – ABA Delivery through disciplinary actions, employee concerns and/or parent concerns.
- Will participate in weekly leadership meetings and be part of Manager on Duty rotation.

- Maintain a 130 hour/week caseload.
- Provide treatment planning, supervision and parent training while maintaining timely professional documentation.
- Ensure completion and quality of documentation for all pre-authorizations, initial assessments, ongoing assessments and insurance reports.
- Supervise center ABA Therapy Team in collaboration with Manager – ABA Delivery and Sr Manager – ABA Delivery.
- Assists with interviewing new staff.
- Uphold and maintain BYS core principles, policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree required in relevant field from an accredited University.
- National Certification by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Must be a BACB Board Certified Behavioral Analyst, with a minimum of one (1) year experience as a BCBA (preferred)
- Completion of eight (8) hour online Supervisor Training.
- Ability to lead a team and supervise therapists.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
