Bench Carpenters & Millwork Leads – Custom Woodworking

InnoMill is a growing architectural millwork shop looking for experienced talent to join our team. We build high-end custom projects and are hiring immediately for:

Lead Roles ($28–$32/hr)

Lead Installer: Handle all field tasks, repairs, adjustments, sizing corrections

Lead Assembly: Build complete custom projects from drawings with little direction; guide team through final assembly

Carpenter Roles ($20–$28/hr)

Assembly Carpenter: All aspects of job assembly, working from shop drawings

Installer: Field installation with oversight, including cabinetry and casework

Machine Operator: CNC and edgebander operations, routine maintenance, troubleshooting

Laminator: Laminate panels, edge-banding, and assist with machine operations

What We’re Looking For:

Experienced in architectural millwork and cabinetry

Ability to read drawings and work independently or in small teams

Motivated, detail-focused, and reliable

Basic hand tools required (we supply major tools and equipment)
