Myticas Consulting hiring a Technical Product Implementation Manager to oversee and supports multiple new customer implementation projects for software as a service and data as a service (SAAS).
Responsibilities include:- Work with the executive team in guiding the strategy and vision for data as a service products
- Facilitate discussions with clients, partners, and industry experts to gather and promote relevant ideas into product features
- Guide definition of the “what” with user stories and requirements
- Plan and prioritize what and when the product teams will deliver
- Work with cross-functional teams in implementing client product solutions including detailed project plans, and ensuring all key steps and implementations are completed according to schedule/budget
- Perform quality control throughout development to maintain the standards expected
- Communicate with executives to ensure project is aligned with company goals and expectations
- Conduct pre-sales product demonstrations, aid in scoping projects, developing proposals, and designing client product solutions and ensure that key project milestones are met and adhere to approved budgets / timelines
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, and a project management or equivalent certification/background
- 4+ years of experience in building digital products, client solutions design, and implementation
- Track record of delivering IT projects on time and on budget Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Can-do attitude and ambition to grow professionally and personally
- Preferred candidates will have an MBA or another advanced degree with an emphasis on digital or technical product management
- 6+ years of experience in building digital products, client solutions design and implementation
- Experience with machine learning applications: either direct implementation experience with emphases on NLP (Natural Learning Processing) applications, or relevant prior product management experience
