Location: Lockport (Township), IL Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analyst

Required:

•Bachelor's degree

•3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst or related field

•1-3 years experience coordinating projects

•1-3 years training on new system features

•1-3 years testing technical enhancements/Issues

•1-3 years vendor management

Preferred:

•1-3 years of experience in the insurance industry

SKILLS:

•Works well independently

•Task orientated

•Team orientated

•Advanced technical skills (application and reporting)

•Excellent documentation skills

•Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking

•The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

•The ability to communicate well in a clear and concise manner verbally and in writing required

•The ability to analyze data and generate reports based on business requirements
