Business Analyst (CRM, HR), Chicago, IL No H1B Chicago, local required Onsite from the very first day (Onsite 1-2 days a week) Need Financial Experience Business Analyst (CRM, HR) Chicago, IL Technology client based in Chicago, IL has an immediate need for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team. As a key member of a team heavily involved in CRM projects, the BA will play a critical role in writing user stories and take on Scrum Master responsibilities from time to time (backup). He/she should be highly proactive and able to in handle changing priorities. Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile/Scrum environment
- 3+ years of experience working in a large enterprise environment
- Experience working on CRM related project, including HR, Payroll etc.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams, and an understanding of SQL concepts
- Strong documentation skills
- Must be proactive and highly effective in communicating status to cross-functional teams.
