- Analyze differences between security vulnerability data and production deployments for Windows OS
- Prepare reports which communicate findings to leadership and key stakeholders
- Prepare recommendations for process adjustments, procedures, and performance improvements
- Investigate and troubleshoot data issues that arise - Identify data to remediate and communicate information to deployment team
- Collaborate with deployment engineers, monitor, and report deployment trends
- At least 3 years experience with BI applications; decision support systems, query and reporting, online analytical processing, statistical analysis, forecasting, and data mining.
- At least 3 years experience with tools, facilities and techniques for managing and administering data.
- At least 5 years experience within a total information technology (IT) environment
- Fluency in excel (pivot tables, functions, charts, conditional formatting, etc.)
- Familiar with operating system patching and endpoint management tools
- Great communication and presentation skills (may be asked to show documents at interview)
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related area of study
