This role focuses on selling our full suite of accounting, advising, and payroll services to businesses of all sizes. If you thrive in building relationships, enjoy fast-paced environments, and love helping businesses succeed, this is the role for you! As a Business Development Director, you’ll meet with 2-3 business owners daily to showcase the benefits of our services. You’ll oversee the entire sales process, including prospecting, setting appointments, creating and presenting proposals, and closing deals. Responsibilities: Identify and engage with small to medium-sized businesses to present accounting and payroll solutions. Build strong client relationships by understanding their challenges and aligning them with our services. Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions.
