Business System Analyst / Cad System AdministratorLocation: Elgin, ILJob type and Duration: Direct / Full TimePay rate: 60-80/KWe are looking for a dedicated Business Systems professional to maintain our daily equipment and CAD engineering software. The Business Systems Analyst will be the go-to person for employees with workstation or software issues. With professionalism and a sense of urgency will troubleshoot and resolve issues with users and maintain record for future reference.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Must have experince with Syteline (Infor) ERP

• Set-up and maintain employee workstations including desktops, laptops, monitors, phones, and other equipment.
• Manage software packages for employees based on roles.
• Administer all software packages assigned, including all CAD software (Solidworks, Autodesk Vault, Solidworks PDM).
• Coordinate updates and or upgrades to minimize downtime.
• Maintain optimal performance for local networks.
• Perform troubleshooting to diagnose any issues that come up.
• Abide by corporate IT regulations and policies for online security and business practices.
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Graduate required, associates in computer science or other IT related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of IT or Business Systems experience.
• Previous administration of CAD engineering software highly desired but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of internet security and data privacy principals.
• High level diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent Phone and Communication skills.
• Strong Organization Skills.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Certifications in CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or other related desired but not necessary.
