Cable Installer / Electrician / Tower Hand – $25–$30/hr + Training!

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team in one of the following entry-level roles: Cable Installer, Entry-Level Electrician, or Tower Hand. This is a full-time, hands-on position ideal for someone with experience or interest in any one of these areas. Whether you're experienced in cabling, electrical work, or tower climbing, we want to hear from you. No prior climbing certification is required—we provide full training and certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and route cabling for wireless communications equipment

Assist with electrical work and system grounding on job sites

Support dish alignment, pathing, and mounting on towers and rooftops

Climb towers and structures safely to perform installation and maintenance work (certification provided)

Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment

Follow safety procedures and industry standards

Travel to job sites primarily within the Chicagoland area

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of cell site components and layouts

Familiarity with dish pathing and cell tower sites

Comfortable working outdoors in various conditions

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work at heights

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred (but not required):

Prior experience in telecom, electrical work, or construction

OSHA 10/30 certification

RF awareness or other safety certifications

Compensation:

Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
